Please Note: Our listing of Good, Bad, or Ugly will be based on the particular issue or topic of discussion, not an overarching view of a person’s career.  For Example: Newt Gingrich’s proposal “Drill Here, Drill Now” is definitely “Good”, but his recent profession of the existence of Anthropogenic Global Warming is “Bad”.  There can however be exceptions to this rule.  Hugo Chavez, for example, is “Ugly” by all accounts and under all connotations.
